Revolutionizing the world.

Again.

We transformed the world with overnight shipping and package tracking. We’re changing it again — becoming the only logistics company to connect the entire customer journey with end-to-end commerce solutions for all businesses, all in one platform.

Introducing fdx.

The future is digital. The future is here.

At FedEx, we’re leaning into our legacy of innovation to build the world’s most flexible, efficient, and intelligent network — and achieve our vision to make supply chains smarter for everyone.

We’re doing this by democratizing our data, combining the information from our unmatched physical network with AI and machine learning to turn insights into real-time intelligence.

Created by Dataworks, fdx is the first data-driven commerce platform that connects the entire customer journey, making it easier for companies to grow demand, increase conversion, optimize fulfillment, and streamline returns.

This is a capability that no one has fully mastered

— until now. FedEx is the only logistics company

to unify the value chain by offering end-to-end commerce solutions in one platform.

In this issue of From Raj, learn more about fdx

and how we’re executing our digital directive, unleashing the power of our intelligence to transform our business, better serve our customers, and create solutions that drive

what’s next for FedEx and the world.

None of this would be possible without our incredible team members — some of whom are going digital, too. Check out our new commercials featuring animated FedEx heroes and their stories

of true deliveries.

FedEx has always been a data-driven company — and this is the next chapter in our digital evolution. We’re changing the game so everyone can compete, bridging physical and digital, unifying commerce, and connecting people and possibilities anytime, anywhere around the world.

Introducing fdx

Connecting the customer journey end-to-end

FedEx launched fdx in a big way at the National Retail Federation’s Big Show in New York City, with 35,000 attendees and more than 6,000 retail brands. We built early buzz for our new commerce platform, which will officially hit the market in the fall of 2024.

This is an exciting time for FedEx, as we’re evolving to become the only logistics provider to offer both transportation and

end-to-end digital solutions that help companies of all sizes compete. We’re changing the game — one solution at a time.

“Creating a seamless end-to-end customer experience requires orchestration across the value chain — a capability that no one has fully mastered — until now.”

Several solutions = 1 platform

Bringing it all together for everyone

Upheavals in global supply chains and rapid growth in e-commerce have reshaped retail and the tools companies need to be more efficient and resilient.

Shopping today is more than shipping; it’s also demand, conversion, visibility, fulfillment, and returns. Retailers must rely on several separate solutions to manage every aspect, which is costly and causes a disjointed customer experience.

fdx provides multiple solutions in one platform for true optimization. From engaging new buyers to automating returns, FedEx is unifying commerce, so companies can have greater control over their supply chains and increase their competitiveness.

As just one example, we helped Northern Tool & Supply set delivery estimates from the product page to the shopping cart to check out, so customers know when their item will arrive at every step of the purchase journey, boosting conversion.

“We’re closing the gap between physical and digital, creating collaborative data ecosystems that connect the entire supply chain from demand to returns.”
